This Privacy Policy explains how TapForge Studios (“we”, “us”) handles
information in connection with the mobile game Sweet Crush Saga
(the “App”, package com.tapforgestudios.sweetcrushsaga). By installing or
using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
You do not need to create an account with us to play, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other personal contact details. Your game progress, coins, lives, settings, and purchases are stored locally on your device.
The App uses a small number of trusted Google services to show ads, let you sign in to game features, and process purchases. These services may automatically collect limited technical information, as described below.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may access information such as your device’s advertising identifier, general device and app information, and an approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address. Depending on your consent and region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
Members of the in-app Sweet Royal Pass subscription do not see ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present a consent form so you can choose whether your data is used for personalized advertising. Your consent choices are stored by that framework and respected on subsequent sessions. You can change your choice at any time from the App’s settings where a consent or privacy option is offered.
The App offers optional sign-in with Google Play Games Services. Signing in is optional — you can play the entire game without it. If you do sign in, Google provides the App with a Play Games player identity, and the App may submit your scores to leaderboards and unlock achievements tied to your Play Games account. This feature is provided by Google and governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Optional purchases (coin packs, the Starter Pack, the Sweet Royal Pass subscription, extra lives, and similar items) are processed by Google Play Billing. Your payment is handled entirely by Google — we never receive or store your credit card or payment details. We receive only the purchase records needed to deliver the items you bought and to honor your subscription.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the Google services described above (AdMob, the User Messaging Platform, Google Play Games Services, and Google Play Billing) so they can perform their functions, or where required by law.
Sweet Crush Saga is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Game data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App requests network access (INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) so
ads, sign-in, and purchases can function, and the advertising-ID permission
(com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) used by Google AdMob. Gameplay and your saved
progress work offline.
The App may be used worldwide. By using it, you understand that information handled by the Google services above may be processed in the United States and other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
