The short version. Stormhook has no accounts, no logins and no servers of ours. Your scores, coins, skins and settings are saved only on your own phone. The one thing that leaves your device is advertising data collected by Google AdMob so the game can show ads — and you can turn personalised ads off, or remove ads entirely with a one-time purchase.
Stormhook is made and published by TapForge Studios (99 Cent Apps LLC), an independent app studio based in Indiana, USA. For anything in this policy you can reach a real person at contact@tapforgeapps.com.
The following is written to your phone's private app storage. It is never uploaded to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app:

On your device, open Settings → Google → Ads. You can delete or reset your advertising ID there, which stops advertisers from linking past activity to your device. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Stormhook shows a consent form on first launch; whatever you choose there is respected, and you can change it later from the same form.
A one-time in-app purchase removes the banner and interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch one for a bonus — they are always optional and never shown without you tapping first.
Uninstalling Stormhook deletes all local game data. To clear it without uninstalling, use Settings → Apps → Stormhook → Storage → Clear data. Because we hold no account and no server records, there is nothing further for us to delete on our side.
Stormhook is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, contact us and we will help address it.
We do not operate servers for Stormhook and hold no database of users. Game data lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. Data transmitted by Google's ad and billing services is encrypted in transit and retained under Google's own retention schedules.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California) or similar laws — including access, correction, deletion, and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising data collected by Google for personalised advertising may be considered "sharing" under the CCPA; you can opt out at any time by resetting or deleting your advertising ID as described above, by declining personalised ads in the consent form, or by purchasing the ad-free upgrade. For requests relating to data held by Google, contact Google directly using the links in section 3. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Google's services may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in Google's privacy policy.
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
